At some point in our life, we all experience changes which make us question our direction, the things that are important to us and where our life is heading. This can come in the form of grief, trauma, upheaval or injury to name just a few. It can be caused by changing schools, moving house, losing grandparents or parents. It comes from divorce. Your own or that of others – of parents, siblings or friends where the way of life you had grown to be comfortable in, changes, you might lose contact with extended family.
When people move away, a pet dies or jobs end all these things force our inner compass to need recalibration. It can be emotional and often difficult to process. It changes us at our core.
Leanne’s experience, combined with her qualifications aim to help lead you out of these often-difficult times into a relief or rest or relaxation that gives you a moment to notice the light at the end of the tunnel, the peace in the chaos, a breath of pain free living or just the spark to face life again with some joy and positivity.
